Creator Story – Why Our Team Created This Course
Our time management course was born from the personal experience of the founder. For many years, Alina Sheiko felt that her days were scattered, tasks kept piling up, and priorities got lost among endless responsibilities. Working with large volumes of information and numerous projects caused constant stress and fatigue. To find a solution, she began experimenting with different methods of planning, time structuring, and task control. Over time, these methods evolved into a systematic approach that genuinely helped her organize her days and manage her priorities effectively.
The results of her own progress inspired Alina Sheiko to create a course that could help other people bring order to their time. The goal was not to promise quick results, but to provide practical tools and step-by-step methods for developing time management skills. Every lesson and module is based on real-life experience and proven practices used in daily life and professional activities.

Alina Sheiko has over 12 years of experience in time management, project organization, and personal productivity development. She has worked with various companies, including startups and medium-sized enterprises, helping their teams structure processes and optimize task distribution. Her work has resulted in more structured work cycles, better team coordination, and effective project planning.
Her experience includes teaching time management to students, company employees, and individual clients. Over the past ten years, she has conducted trainings and workshops for hundreds of students of different ages and skill levels. Her methodologies combine theory with practical exercises, planning templates, and interactive tools for everyday use.
Alina Sheiko studied business process management and time organization, where she gained a deep understanding of effective planning and task prioritization methods. After university, she worked in several technology and consulting companies, where her responsibilities included project management, team coordination, and developing internal work organization systems.
She has accumulated extensive practical experience in creating structured schedules, integrating digital and physical planning tools, and teaching others how to use these systems in everyday life. Every module of the course is based on real cases from her practice, including time analysis, priority setting, and practical exercises for task control.
